Title: Use Patient-Reported Data to Negotiate More Effectively with Payers & Improve Treatment Effectiveness

Vista Research Group has monitored more than 23,000 patients during addiction treatment and followed up with thousands of patients post-discharge.   We’ll share how treatment programs are using patient-reported data to help patients not progressing well, identify those at high risk of leaving AMA, and actually save lives.   Additionally, we’ll show how to analyze your center’s aggregated results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement by program and by clinician.  Finally, we’ll discuss how to use your progress monitoring and outcomes research results to negotiate more effectively with payers for additional days and higher reimbursement rates.

As her daughter cycled in and out of multiple alcoholism treatment programs, Conti became very frustrated by the lack of success rate data available to help families identify the best facilities.  A serial entrepreneur who had previously started software and consulting companies as well as an international nonprofit, Conti launched Vista Research Group in September 2015 to help treatment programs cost-effectively measure and improve their treatment success rates.
